While Australia is largely known for its vast beaches and hot deserts, many are surprised to find it’s home to the fifth-largest land-based mountain range: the Great Dividing Range. And from June to October when snowfall is at its peak, Australia becomes a winter wonderland for skiers and snowboarders. But, traveling to “the outback” with your bulky skis in tow can ruin your ski trip before it’s even begun. The solution? Ship your skis to Australia.
Avoid carrying, checking, and claiming baggage at the airport and arrive at your destination to find your skis and snowboard already at the slopes. Our guaranteed, on-time delivery is the easiest and most reliable way to ship skis to Australia. On your next trip, experience the ease of bag-free travel when you ship your skis ahead.

Perisher Ski Resort is not only the largest ski resort in Australia, but also the largest in the entire southern hemisphere. Perisher Village, located on Front Valley, features cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, a supermarket, and more. While Perisher offers plenty to do off the slopes, the ski area includes 3,076 acres of terrain and night skiing for continued fun after sundown.
Located in the Victorian Alps of the Great Dividing Range, Hotham is known as the “Powder Capital” of Australia. The resort is one of the highest in the country in terms of elevation and boasts a number of different trails for both beginning skiers and those more experienced. Hotham also has its own airport for easy access to its incredible slopes.
Thredbo offers substantial vertical drops and some of the longest ski runs in the country. However, the resort is arguably most prideful of its varied terrain. With designated flatter slopes for beginners and powder bowls and off-piste areas for the more advanced riders, Thredbo offers something for everyone.
With 92 runs and 40 miles of groomed cross-country trails, it’s easy to understand why Falls Creek is a favorite of both locals and tourists. And with so much room to ski and a variety of terrain, trails at Falls Creek remain relatively uncrowded. The resort also offers ski-in/ski-out accommodations and roughly 15 restaurants and bars.
Just a three-hour drive from Melbourne, Mount Buller serves up some incredible views of the Victorian Alps. It also boasts a bustling alpine village with over 30 restaurants and bars for some unforgettable après ski. As with any top ski resort, Mount Buller features a variety of ski trails with impeccable grooming.
