Being only a three-hour drive from New York City, Hunter Mountain entices partygoers to the slopes every weekend. The resort offers a variety of dining options and an après ski scene sure to please everyone. Hunter Mountain spans over four different faces so there is always a wide variety of terrain for every skill level.
While the majority of ski resorts in Colorado close sometime in early April, Arapahoe Basin, or A-Basin, boasts a notably longer season. The resort typically stays open until June and occasionally remains open into July. A-Basin also boasts some of the most challenging steeps around Denver.
