We recommend scheduling delivery 2-4 business days prior to your arrival. On the return trip, please select a return pickup date of 1 day after departure. If you would like to ship your gear well in advance of your trip, please contact Moving Mountains directly, as storage space may be limited.

Prior to your departure:
- Notify the Moving Mountains Front Desk that you have items to ship
- Please e-mail your confirmation link or labels to guestservicesvail@movingmountains.com and the Front Desk staff will print the shipping labels and attach to your items
- Leave the items in the garage and the Moving Mountains staff will collect them upon your
departure
Please schedule the pickup for the day AFTER your departure to allow time for the items to be collected and taken to the Moving Mountains office
