Ship Skis recommends choosing a delivery date of 2-3 business days prior to your arrival. If you would like to ship your gear further in advance, please contact your lodging destination, as storage space may be limited.

Caldera House

All packages will be shipped in and out of Caldera House located in Teton Village at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The front desk will store your shipment and deliver them upon arrival. Please note that we can only receive and store items 48 hours prior to arrival. When departing, guests should contact the office at 307-200-4220 or email concierge@calderahouse.com to inform the staff that you have bags to ship. The bags can then be left in the receiving area with prepaid shipping labels for shipment. There will be a $20/bag fee for receiving and shipping guest's bags. For shipping label assistance, please communicate with our Front Desk or Concierge staff member.
